We are licensed to serve the following counties — Iredell, Alexander, Rowan, Catawba, Lincoln, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Randolph, Davidson, Forsyth, Stanly, Caldwell, Burke, Davie, Cleveland and Union Counties.
Payment Resources
Medicaid certified to provide CAP/DA, PCS, CAP/C, PNA and PDN services. We also accept the following forms of payment, All Managed Care Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Long Term Insurance, Worker’s Compensation, Veteran Affairs, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Private Pay.
